To ensure a fast execution of your order, and to avoid any unnecessary costs caused by our employees’ additional work, we ask our Customers to pay attention to proper file preparation. Here are a few tips that might be helpful to you:
The files should be prepared in vector graphics, preferable file format are .cdr, .ai, .pdf, .eps, and all files of CAD program
Objects should not overlap each other
The files should be sent in readable form. It is us who is responsible for mirror reflection and image
The files cannot contain fonts. If there are any they should be converted to curves.
Hot foil stamped or embossed elements should be closed-loop objects with homogenous filling, they cannot contain contours
The files should be prepared in 1:1 scale
We would like you also to provide us with the information about the kind of embossed or foil stamped material, as well as the type of the machine you will be working on.
Presented above guidelines are only to help you to correctly prepare your files. Of course, there are possible deviation from this; nonetheless, they need to be previously consulted with our designer.
